Cookie Dough Ingredients
4 sticks of soft butter
2 cups of sugar
1T vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups flour
Cookie Icing
1 8oz soften cream cheese
1/2 cup of soften butter
2 cups powder sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
A little milk to make it creamy
Cookie Toppings options
Raspberry, blueberry, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple chunk. You can use any fruit you like.
Cookie dough directions
Cream the butter and sugar together.
Add your vanilla and eggs to the mixture.
Add your baking soda and sifted flour to the mixture. Using a half of a cup of flour at a time.
Once dough is formed together you can scoop dough into balls.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat your oven to 350. Cook for 10-12 mins. The cookie is done when you see a golden brown edge.
Set aside to cool for 20 minutes.
Cookie Icing Directions
Cream your butter and cream cheese together.
Add vanilla to your mixture.
Add powder sugar 1/2 at a time.
Add milk to make the icing creamier.
Putting the whole cookie
Once your cookies are cool add your icing on top of your cookie.
Then add your fruit that you prefer.
